Comcast From India

Since Comcast has switched over from analog to digital signal i have stopped getting my "discount" cable service. In an effort to get the free digital converter boxes i went online and somehow got connected to a live customer service person. I'm 99.9% sure that he was from India. Here's how the conversation went:

I tried again but same result. Larry was no help at all.

Larry i am already a "customer" i don't need any additional promotions. Even if you get me to sign up i will still need a digital converter box to see the channels. So how about you send me the boxes then i will call you back and sign up for all the promotions you got.
